🥗 1. Egg & Avocado Power Salad
Calories: ~380 kcalProtein: ~18g
Ingredients:
2 boiled eggs
½ avocado (sliced)
1 cup mixed greens (lettuce/spinach/rocket)
5 cherry tomatoes (halved)
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tsp olive oil + lemon juice dressing
Salt, pepper, chili flakes
Instructions:Mix greens, avocado, and tomatoes. Top with sliced boiled eggs, seeds, and drizzle olive oil + lemon. Season and enjoy.

Ingredients:
100g firm tofu (grilled or air-fried)
