challenge includes easy to follow diet plan with simple recipes using ingredients that are already available in your pantry. Your food preferences like veg-non veg- egg will be considered. Challenge is based on portion control and your meal plan will specify the portions as per your metabolic rate
What kind of diet plan is it?
Your diet will be made as per your metabolic rate. You can choose between veg/nonveg/egg diet. The diet plan is simple and has meals like sandwiches, dal-chawal, wraps etc. Simple recipes that even your family will enjoy. Portion based meal are provided.

Is Workout Included?
The workout is provided through pre recorded video links- you can choose to do them at home or in the gym.
