What is the 21 Day Challenge?

21 days challenge is a 3 weeks diet and workout routine that is created to help you lose weight and inches.

I am going to be creating a personalized plan with simple recipes using ingredients that are already available in your pantry. You food prefrences and health conditions will be considered prior to making your diet

Is this a Personalised Plan?

Your diet will be customised. Your food preferences and health conditions will be considered prior to making your diet. The diet plan will have 3 main meals and 2 snacks. It is based on quantified nutrition.

Is Workout Included?

The workout is provided through pre recorded video links- you can choose to do them at home or in the gym.

I'm Nancy. I am a nutritionist and a fitness enthusiast. Before getting my certification, I had tried several diets, methods and measures of losing weight, staying healthy and performing better. Every time I would think of losing weight, only thing that will come to my mind is eating less, although I succeeded in my efforts but most of the times; weight bounced back. There was something that I was not doing right because eating less made me HANGRY and eating back calories made me heavier...
