What is Gut Cleanse Program?
It is a 2 weeks plan which is aimed at understanding your digestive issues, finding the source of symptoms and choosing behaviours that will reduce this problem.
My plan is focussed at improving the GUT dysbiosis. Dysbiosis is a state of imbalance between good and bad bacteria in your gut. This imbalance can cause several issues including - bloating, belching, nausea, brain fog, stomach ache, acid reflux, floating stools, IBS, irregular periods and many more. Now GUT and brain are closely connected, improper functioning of GUT can also cause mood swings, irritation, anxiety, depression and other issues as well. It will include a diet plan and introduction to non-inflammatory foods.
