50rs snacks serving 10-12 gm protein


🥚 1. Egg Bhurji (Masala Scrambled Eggs)

Protein: ~12gCost: ₹20–25Ingredients:

  • 2 whole eggs (₹12)

  • Onion, tomato, green chilli, spices (₹5–10)

  • 1 tsp oil

Optional: Serve with 1 slice toast (₹4) if budget allows.


🥛 2. Sattu Drink (Chana Flour Protein Shake)

Protein: ~10–12gCost: ₹15–20Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp sattu (₹12)

  • 1 tsp jaggery or salt + lemon (₹3)

  • Water


🧀 3. Paneer Chilli Toast

Protein: ~11g Cost: ₹45–50Ingredients:

  • 40g paneer (₹20)

  • 1 slice bread (₹4)

  • Onion, capsicum, spices (₹5–10)

  • ½ tsp oil or ghee

Grill or toast for extra crunch.


🥣 4. Moong Dal Chilla with Curd Dip

Protein: ~12gCost: ₹40–45Ingredients:

  • 40g moong dal (₹12)

  • Spices, onion, chili, coriander (₹5)

  • 2 tbsp curd for dip (₹5–7)

  • 1 tsp oil (₹2)

Can add grated carrots or beet for variety.


5. Roasted Chana + Peanut Mix

Protein: ~11gCost: ₹20–25Ingredients:

  • 25g roasted chana (₹10)

  • 15g peanuts (₹8)

  • Salt, masala, lemon juice (₹2)

Easy to pack and take with you.


🍶 6. Curd + Peanut Chutney Bowl

Protein: ~10gCost: ₹30–35Ingredients:

  • 150g low-fat curd (₹15)

  • 1 tbsp roasted peanut chutney (₹10–15)
