🥑 Cheesy Avocado Egg White Toast (High-Protein Microwave Toast)
🟠 Ingredients:
1 slice sourdough bread (30g)
40g avocado (mashed)
10g chicken spread (optional but adds flavor & protein)
5 egg whites (cooked)
2 cheddar cheese slices
🟠 Instructions:
Toast the BreadLightly toast the sourdough slice in a toaster or pan until golden for extra crunch.
Cook the Egg WhitesCook 5 egg whites in a nonstick pan (scrambled or as a mini omelet). Season lightly with salt & pepper.
Mash the AvocadoIn a small bowl, mash the avocado with a pinch of salt, pepper, and chili flakes if you like a kick.
Assemble the Toast
Spread the chicken spread (10g) on the toasted bread.
Layer with mashed avocado (40g).
Add the cooked egg whites on top.
Place the 2 cheddar cheese slices on the egg.
Microwave to MeltMicrowave the entire toast for 30–40 seconds or until the cheese is melted and gooey.
Optional Add-ons:Top with chili flakes, oregano, or a few drops of hot sauce.
