I have used
Rice 100 g cooked
Rajma 70 g cooked(boiled )
Corn 50 g cooked
Paneer 50 g
Vegetables of choice 150 g raw weight
Oil used 6 g
Dressing hung curd and salt and pepper
First sautee veggies in oil
In the same pan then sautee corn
Then paneer
And add them to the bowl
Top with dressing
Total calories 480
20 g protein
47 g carbs
24 g fats
